Popular painter Thomas Kinkade dies in Cal: Popular but yet unknown

Thomas Kinkade died at the age of 54. He was a popular painter in the USA but mainly unknown in other parts of the world. I first saw his paintings in Sedona, Arizona and was thrilled by his childish and luminating pictures.
